NEWSGROUPS
       Gain access to newsgroups with Internet Explorer.  A newsgroup works like a bulletin board.
       Topical information is posted to the newsgroup. Subscribers to the newsgroup access the
       information.  Use the Mail Tool menu to access newsgroups.

        Click Mail. Then select Read News.
